论公法学博士培养机制改革——基于中南财经政法大学与其他典型培养单位的比较分析

On Cultivation Mechanism Reformation of Public Law Doctor——Based on the Analysis and Compare on Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Other Typical Cultivation Units

以典型抽样法选取我国在宪法学与行政法学博士培养的典型单位作为样本进行比较研究,并在此基础上抽象出不同高校的鲜明优势。于此同时,在分析中南财经政法大学公法博士培养所取得成就的基础上,检视其公法博士培养中由于学科融合的欠缺性从而导致研究偏见的不足,学术沟通机制尚未形成制度化等方面的不足。进而提出在改革思路上,提倡"大学科"法学观,建立健全沟通机制,构建理论与实践的转化平台,同时还需整合该校优势学科资源为公法博士培养打造特色。

We select typical cultivation units which involve in cultivating doctor of constitutional law science and ad- ministration law in our country in the way of representative method of sampling and make comparative research, and on this basis, abstract distinct preponderance of different universities. Simultaneously, based on the achievement obtained by Zhongnan University of Economics and Law on cultivation of public law doctor, we check on the deficiency of research bias led by defect of subject emerging and it of mechanism of scholar communication which still in the course of formation, and then, bring out jurisprudence thoughts of large subject on the reformation mentality, estab- lish and perfect communicative mechanism, construct transformation platform of theory and practice. At the same time, it is necessary to integrate its preponderant subjects in oroler to create characteristics for cultivation of public law doctor.
