摘要
在刑事诉讼法的教学中,通过实施多元化教学改革,构建一种教学内容多样化、教学方法多元化的新的教学模式,使相对抽象的刑事诉讼课程增加直观性。注重学科之间的联系和知识面的拓展,增加教学的信息量,使学生在对本学科知识理性认识的基础上增强感性认识,促进学生对本学科的理解。将诉讼法课程视为一个与实体法相对应的体系,正确应对法学教育中提出的一系列要求,从而塑造应用型、复合型的高素质法律人才。
In the process of penal procedure teaching, by constructing a kind of new teaching model with multiple content and diversity method, it will help add ocular to relative abstract penal procedure teaching. It is necessary to stress relations among different courses and prolongation on scope of knowledge, to stress the information quantity in order to make students strengthen their reasonable knowledge based on acquaintance, promote their comprehend to this course. To redeem penal procedure as a system which correspond to substantial law, correctly dispose with questions brought by students in the course of legal science teaching, we will mould applicable, high-standarded legal talents.
