摘要
本文详细地介绍了单片机在煤气表机自动负压试漏仪中的应用,给出详细的硬件电路和软件流程图,在实际工作中,收到了很好的效果。用单片机控制自动负压试漏仪,电路的控制能力明显增强,抗干扰能力明显提高,设备故障率极低,劳动生产率明显提高,煤气表的质量大幅度提高,获得了可观的经济效益。这种控制方法不仅适合于煤气表,而且同样适用于其它密封容器。
This paper describes the application of single chip microcomputer in gas meter automatic subatomospheric pressure leak testing instrument in detail. It is given detailed hardware circuit and flow chart of software, and has achieved good results in practice. The control circuit and anti-jamming capability is enhanced evidetly, equipment failure rate is very low, labor productivity is improved significantly, the quality of gas meter is improved greatly, and considerable economic benefits is gained. This control method is not only suitable for gas meters, and the same applies to other sealed container.
