基于证据理论的房地产项目居住环境质量评价

Assessment of Residential Environmental Quality Based on Evidence Theory

鉴于居住环境质量评价在房地产开发项目评价中的地位,本文引入了以证据理论为基础的定量评价方法,对房地产项目的居住环境质量进行评价,阐述了该方法的评价过程和基本评价步骤,并在合适的指标体系基础上选取武汉市某房地产项目,对其进行实际的居住环境质量评价,得出了较好的评价结果。

In the view of the role of residential environmental quality in the assessment of real estate project,this paper introduces a method of quantitative assessment based on evidence theory to evaluate the residential environmental quality of real estate projects.It focuses primarily on the assessment process and the basic evaluation steps of this method,and then chooses a certain real estate project in Wuhan to have the assessment of residential environmental quality under an appropriate assessment index system,and obtains a good assessment result.
