论音乐教育中的公平问题——以鄂南地区部分中小学为例 被引量:8

摘要 随着九年义务教育的深入普及,农村教育有了很大发展;但是,教育不公平的现象依然严重存在。就其音乐教育而言,主要存在城乡、区域、校际间音乐教育发展不平衡,表现为价值取向偏差、音乐师资力量薄弱、经济社会条件制约、生源质量限制、公共投入失衡。文章以鄂南地区部分中小学音乐教育存在的问题为例,提出应建立健全音乐教育援助制度、强化农村学校音乐教学管理、加大对音乐教育资金和设备的投入、加快农村音乐教师队伍培养、建立健全音乐教学考核机制、完善农村音乐教育监督机制,以落实音乐教育的公平。 Along with carring out the nine-year compulsory education, the rural education took great development. The educational un-equity, however is a serious problem. For music education, the main issue is the music education unbalanced development between town and country, different areas, different schools, showed as value deviation, music faculty weaker, economic society constraint, quality of student resource restraint, public investment imbalance. The papers took the issues of the music education existed in the middle school in the South Hubei region as examples, suggested that it should establish and improve assistance system of music education, strengthen music teaching management in the countryside, increase the investment funds and equipment to the music education, speed up training the music teacher in the countryside, establish and improve check-up system of music teaching, perfect the supervisory mechanism of music education in the counterside, to guarantee the fairness in the musical education.
