摘要
中小学音乐教师的职后专业如何发展,人们至今尚未开发出广泛认同、简便高效的标准策略。文章从美国心理学家尤里.布朗芬布伦纳(Urie Bronfenbrenner,1917-2005)创建的生态系统理论的角度出发,为中小学音乐教师提供可借鉴的职后专业发展策略。文章通过作者多年在海外学习研究的经历,阐述了生态系统理论的主要内容及特点。从生态角度看,个体发展所处的社会背景是一个生态系统(微观系统、中间系统、外层系统以及宏观系统),个体的发展与周围的环境相互影响、相互作用。依据这一理论,文章结合整理分析国内中小学音乐教师职后专业发展的现状和问题,提供了一系列符合教师个体职业生涯发展需求的策略(包含与学校、家庭以及社会成员的合作),以促进中小学音乐教师终身的专业学习和发展。
The importance of professional development for music teachers in public school as a social issue has been the subject of much inquiry for many years, but very little research has focused on the principles for in-service professional development. The goal of this article was to present a set of ready to-use strategies for strengthening the in-service development for music teachers in public school based on addressing as well as understanding the ecological theory which was developed by an American psychologist- Uric Bronfenbrenner.
