摘要
倾斜光纤光栅传感器(TFBG)作为一种较为特殊的光栅传感器受到了广泛的关注,它除了光纤光栅本身具有的优点外,还具有环境折射率敏感度高、可解决温度-应变交叉敏感问题等其他光纤光栅传感器无法比拟的优点。文章首先概述了TFBG的工作原理,随后从倾角、应变、温度及环境折射率测量等方面阐述了当前TFBG主要研究方向以及研究现状,最后给出了TFBG的研究发展趋势。
In recent years, tilted fiber Bragg grating sensors (TFBGs) have attracted much attention as a kind of particular sensors. In addition to its inherent advantages as fiber Bragg grating, TFBGs own characteristics of high environmental refractive index sensitivity and can resolve the temperature-strain cross-sensitivity problem. The main principles of TFBGs are explained and the latest research progresses are reviewed in terms of grating tilt angles, strain, temperature and SRI. Furthermore, the future developing trends are proposed.
