摘要
针对工频强电场测量的特点,研究了用于测量高压工频电场的集成光学电场传感器。分析了集成光学电场传感器的工作原理,以及电场传感系统的输入输出性能。设计并实现了工频电场的测量校准装置,对从100V/m到2500V/m的工频电场进行了测量。测量结果表明,这种集成光学电场传感器适合于高压工频电场的测量。
Based on the characteristics of the measurements of power frequency electric field, an integrated optical electric field sensor is researched. Both its principles and the output/input characters are analyzed. The measurements calibration setup is designed and realized. The output results are obtained with the electric field ranging from 100V/m to 2500V/m. The measurements show that the integrated optical electric field sensor is suitable for the measurements of intensive power frequency electric field.
