摘要
利用光能量的吸收和散射与生物量浓度之间的关系,建立一种基于光透射型能量衰减生物量浓度在线测量方法,为提高测量精度,采用3个传感单元对长10cm、宽1cm、高0.5cm的长方体导流管进行浓度分布测量,将其测量值用最小二乘法进行拟合。实验表明:在恒定温度下,传感器可实现生物量浓度测量,其测量值具有重复性。
The process of organic exhaust gas or waste water decomposition based on microorganism is a complex system with multielement and multiphase fluid flowing, heat and mass transfering and biochemical reaction. The biomass concentration is an important factor affecting the efficiency of the biochemistry reaction. Then, the biomass concentration measurement is of vital importance, especially for the on-line measurement. It is set up an on-line measurement system of biomass concentration based on light transmission energy attenuation, by using the correlation between the absorption and scattering of the ray and the biomass concentration. In order to improve the precision of the measurements, 3 sensor elements are adopted for the distribution measurement of the cuboid draft-tube with the length of 10cm, the width of 1cm, and the hight of 0.5 centimeter. And the measurement data are fit with the Least Squares. The experimental results show: under the constant temperature, the sensor can measure biomass concentration and the result of the measurement shows repeatability.
