摘要
主要对原有高压水系统二级加压供水方式的缺陷进行分析，应用一级供水的供水方式，在系统投运与日常运行过程中，逐步探索和完善系统调节方式，促进系统优化运行。从制约软水系统正常稳定运行的多方面因素考虑，对现有750区域的软水泵房进行相应的改造，实现了软水系统的安全、稳定运行，为高炉生产提供可靠的保障。
Based on an analysis of defects of the original double-stage pressured water supply mode for the high pressure water system, the water supply way in single stage was used. In the course of starting-up and routine operations, adjusting ways of the system were gradually explored and improved, promoting its optimized running. Considering factors in many aspects restricting the soft water system from normal and stead operations, corresponding transformations were made of the soft-water pump rooms in Area 750, realizing safe and stead running of the system, providing a reliable guarantee for BF production.
