摘要
针对莱钢1880m3高炉循环冷却水系统诸多制约高炉冶炼的工艺设备问题,进行适应性技术研究和攻关,提高了高炉循环冷却水系统运行的安全性及可靠性,高炉休慢率大幅度降低,实现了水循环经济利用。
Aimed at many problems in process equipment of Laigang 1 880-m3 BF circulation water cool- ing system that restricted BF smelting, technological investigations and breakthroughs in adaptability were carried out, improving the safety and reliability of the system in running, showing a reduction by a big margin in downtown and slack-wind blowing percentage, thus achieving the goal of circulating and eco- nomic utilization of water.
