摘要
研究采用电炉-LF精炼-VD真空脱气处理-连铸（电磁搅拌、塞棒控制）-轧制成材工艺生产45B钢的关键技术，采用该工艺试制生产的钢淬透性能稳定、纯净度高、热处理稳定性好，生产的销轴性能和疲劳寿命达到理想水平。
Research was carried out on the key technology of EAF-LF refining-VD vacuum degassing-continuous casting （electromagnetic stirring, stopper control）-rolling to make 45B steel. The steel made by this technics is stable in hardenability, high in pureness and fine in heat treatment stability, with its pin roll performance and fatigue life reaching an ideal level.
