Based on the discussion of the principle of chemical composition design, production process, microstructure morphology and mechanical properties, the paper is devoted to find out a production process which is not only applicable in theory but also satisfies the actual requirements of current equipment level and production, so that the more critical application requirement from the customer will be met, the market share of the high strength quenched and tempered steel series will be expanded.
