摘要 在中薄板坯(ASP)连铸机的生产过程中,中间包水口的结瘤和絮流问题对铸机的连浇炉数及铸坯质量影响较大。根据实际生产中计算机收集的数据,借助相应软件进行分析处理,找到了水口结瘤的一般规律。在有效去除钢中夹杂物的基础上,控制好中间包钢水的钙铝比范围是实现多炉连浇的关键。 During the production process of medium and thin slab (ASP)continuous easter, tundish nozzle clogging and flocculating flow problems have great influence on sequence casting heats and slab quality. From the data collected by the computer in the production process, the general rule of nozzle clogging is found out after analyzing and processing with the appropriate software. On the basis of effective removal of inclusions in the steel, to have a good control over the Ca/Al ratio range of molten steel in the tundish is an effective way to achieve multiple heats sequence casting.
