By con- oling the flowrate settings and water flow ratio of top and bottom headers in MULPIC model and adjusting the head and tail masking length and water flow, good flatness of pipeline steel plate is maintained; By trimming the cooling speed and finish cooling temperature, properties of steel plate are ensured.
