摘要
本文设计了一套基于ARM的稻米垩白智能化测试仪,该系统以基于ARM内核的S3C2410平台为硬件开发环境,利用嵌入式linux系统,实现了基于V4L的图像采集及图像保存过程,而后,对图像进行处理,两次利用大津法进行阈值分割,利用得到的阈值将米粒与背景、垩白与背景二值化分割,从而完成了对稻米垩白度和垩白粒率的计算,实现了对稻米垩白度、垩白粒率的快速无损检测。
This article designs a set of ARM-based rice chalkiness intelligent tester.This system is based on ARM core S3C2410 platform.Using the embedded linux system,the system completes image capture and image preservation process based on V4L.Then,the system begins to process the image,separates the image twice using Otsu method.Using the threshhold,this system seperates rice image from background image,at the same time,chalk binarization with the background of segmentation.Then,the systen calculates the chalkiness degree and chalky grain rate,completes a rapid non-destructive testing process.
