The Design and Application of Temperature Control of Four-Location Vacuum-Forming Machine

真空成型机是生产电冰箱内胆的关键设备,其控制系统的主要功能是实现板材加热控制和动作的时序逻辑控制。其中温度的检测与控制,是控制系统的重点和难点。本文在对被控对象做了深入研究的基础上,采用了串级控制的实现方法,并把现场操作人员丰富的实践经验引入到控制思想中,从而实现了对板材加热的控制。

Vacuum-forming machine plays an important part and is used to produce inner case in the production-line of refrigerator.The main function of control system is to heat the sheet to a proper temperature before shaped,meanwhile,sequential logic control is demanded.The temperature detection and control is the key point and the difficulty of the control system.After a deep research on the controlled object,Cascade control as the control method is chosen and professional operators ’experience is introduced into the heating control of the sheet.
