摘要
随着客户关系管理理论和企业客户关系管理实践的发展,高校的《客户关系管理》课程一直处于不断的更新和完善之中。本文从教学内容、教学手段和教学方法以及双语教学四个方面对该课程的教学改革进行了初步的探索,这对于提高《客户关系管理》课程的教学水平、拓宽该课程教学研究的思路、建立该课程的优秀课程教学体系具有重要的实践意义。
With the development of customer relationship management (CRM) theory and practice in enterprises, the course CRM in universities is under continuous renewal and improvement. This paper gives a preliminary exploration on teaching reform of this course from teaching content, teaching measure, teaching method and bilingual teaching, which will have significant practical meaning for improving teaching level, broadening thought of teaching research and establishing teaching system of excellent courses.
