摘要
以混合动力电动汽车为研究对象,进行了车辆运行参数远程采集监控系统的研究。利用下位机通过串口采集模拟CAN格式数据,并通过GPRS无线通信模块将数据发送至远端服务器,最后由上位机数据处理软件对原始数据进行处理。针对系统的要求和特点,对下位机硬件进行了设计选型,对上下位机软件进行了设计,包括同时对多辆混合动力电动汽车的核心数据的接收、监控、回放以及数据协议设置等功能的设计。在实验过程中该系统运行稳定、准确,实现了无线数据通信以及手动数据协议修改的功能,提高了诊断系统的便利性和通用性。
Taking hybrid electric vehicles as its investigation subjects,this paper studies on the remote data acquisition,supervisory control and redisplay system for hybrid electric vehicle fault diagnosis.The system gathers the simulated CAN-BUS data through serial ports by a data acquisition device and sends the data to a remote web-servers by a GPRS wireless communication module.Considering the requirements and features of the system,the paper mainly designs the hardware of lower computers,and the software on a host computer and lower computers,including the function of data acquisition,supervisory,redisplay and protocol setting for more than one hybrid electric vehicle at same time.During the experiment,this system worked stably and accurately,and,achieved the functions of wireless data communication and manual modification of its data protocol,making a big progress on the common use and convenience of the fault diagnosis system.
