摘要 介绍了由变频器、软起动器、可编程序控制器(PLC)和压力变送器组成的变频调速自动恒压供水系统。系统采用可编程序控制器控制多泵的工作方式,自动完成各水泵轮换,变频器控制调速水泵,软起动器起动大功率水泵,使大功率水泵起动平稳,减小了水流冲击。当变频器发生故障时,采用软起动器起动水泵,提高了用水可靠性。 Water supply system with frequency control and auto-constant pressure which consists of frequency converter, soft starter and programmable controller (PLC) was introduced. Controllable multi-operating mode of PLC in this system was adopted to complete the alternation among different pumps; the converter controlled the speed of pumps, and the soft starter started up the high power pump stably to reduce the rush of current. If the converter fails, the soft starter will start up the pumps, thus improving the reliability of water.
