摘要
高职资源勘查类专业教育的培养目标就是培育学生的综合职业能力,双师素质师资队伍的建设是保证其教学质量的关键。对资源勘查类专业的培养目标与专业能力进行了分析,阐述了资源勘查类专业双师素质教师的职业核心能力,对资源勘查类专业"双师素质教师评价体系"进行了研究,并建立了相应的评价体系,为双师素质教师的评定标准研究提供了依据。
It is the aim of higher vocational education to train students with comprehensive vocational ability. A teaching staff with double-qualified teachers is the key to ensure high teaching quality. The paper, through analyzing the training goal and requirements of resources exploration specialty, discussed a double-qualified teacher's professional core competencies and set up an relevant evaluation system, providing a basis for the standard of assessment of double-qualified teachers.
