摘要
结合工作实际,对中国石油西南油气田公司纸质档案保护工作中存在的问题进行了深入细致的分析,认为只有加强档案宣传、监督和惩治制度,充分提高员工的档案保护意识,从理论到实践提高档案人员的应变意识和处置能力,利用各种现代工具降低档案的自然损坏率,才能最大限度地保护珍贵的纸质档案,延长其使用寿命。
Based on working experiences,analyzing some problems existing in the protection of paper-based archives from PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company,this study indicates that in order to protect the precious paper-based archives and prolong their service life,some measures should be adopted to strengthen the publicity,supervision and punishment laws for archives;to raise the protection awareness for employees;to teach them how to act in emergency;to reduce the natural loss by various modern instruments.
