通过对目前高校英语专业教学中教师的教学动力与水平、学生的学习动机与策略、课堂教学的现状分析,提出提高教师教的动力、激发学生学习动机、改革课堂教学模式的有效途径。

This article analyses classroom teaching situations based on China’s current English teaching of professional teachers’ teaching impetus and levels,students’learning motivations and strategies,putting forward ways of improving teachers’teaching force,motivating students to learn,and reforming the teaching modes.
