我国集体土地征收是实现集体土地所有权流通的唯一法律途径,然而这一制度的固有弊端严重制约着农民权利的保护。因此,必须从农民权利保护的视角考察这一制度的弊端,并探讨其完善之道,从而使得农民的土地权利真正得以实现。

Collective land expropriation is the only way in law to realize the circulation of the ownership of land in China.However,the intrinsic abuse of this way is restricting the protection of the rural rights.So we have to study the abuse from the point of the protection of the rural rights and investigate a better way to perfect it.Only by this way can we really make the rights of the peasants come true.
