On Possession’s Protection In Real Right Law

占有制度是物权法上的一项重要制度,而占有的保护则是占有制度的核心。从占有人的自力救济权和占有保护请求权两个方面对占有的物权法保护进行了较为细致的分析与探讨。

Possession is an important system in real right law.Possession’s protection is the core of possession’s system.In this thesis,the author manages to analyze and discuss possession’s protection in real right law from self-reliant relief right to claim of possession.
