改革开放以来,我国高等学校党的建设经历了从恢复发展、改革发展到创新发展的过程。实践证明,高校党的建设要坚定不移地坚持党对高校的全面领导;始终坚持马克思主义和中国特色社会主义理论体系的指导;不断加强干部队伍、人才队伍和业务骨干队伍建设;必须紧紧围绕中心,服务大局开展工作;充分发挥高校基层党组织的政治核心作用、战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用;始终不渝地把维护高校稳定放在压倒一切的位置;与时俱进,不断推进高校党的建设的理论研究。
