人参皂甙Rb1和人参总皂甙对运动性疲劳大鼠骨骼肌生化指标的影响 被引量:10

The Effects of Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenosides on the Biochemical Index of Rat Skeletal Muscle with Exercise-induced Fatigue

摘要 探讨人参皂甙Rb1和人参总皂甙对运动性疲劳大鼠骨骼肌生化指标的影响,将大鼠分为空白组、模型组、人参皂甙Rb1组和人参总皂甙组。采用中等强度的跑台运动建立动物模型,给药后运动连续实验两周后,检测骨骼肌线粒体膜电位、胞内钙离子含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和葡萄糖含量。结果发现人参皂甙Rb1和人参总皂甙都能抑制骨骼肌细胞内钙稳态失衡和线粒体膜电位降低、降低骨骼肌细胞MDA含量、增强SOD活性、增加从血液摄取的葡萄糖含量(均有P<0.05),从而抑制运动所致骨骼肌细胞损伤、发挥抗运动性疲劳作用。但在恢复膜电位和降低MDA含量方面,人参总皂甙效果更优;而在恢复线粒体内游离钙含量、提高SOD活性和摄取葡萄糖方面,人参皂甙Rb1的效果更明显。 This study aims to find out the effects of Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenosides on the biochemical index of rat skeletal muscle with exercise-induced fatigue,and established the animal model of treadmill exercise with medium intensity:the rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:control group,model group,Ginsenoside Rb1 group and Ginsenosides group.After two-week experiment,mitochondria membrane potential,calcium ion content,MDA content,SOD activity and glucose content of rat skeletal muscle have been measured;The result shows that both Ginsenoside Rb1 and Ginsenosides can help solve the problems of steady imbalance of Ca^2+ and reducation of mitochondria membrane potential in skeletal muscle cells,decrease MDA of skeletal muscle cells,activate SOD activity and gain glucose content in skeletal muscle,p〈0.05.In conclusion,they can reduce injuries of skeletal muscle cells induced by sports and play a role of anti-fatigue.But on resuming mitochondria membrane potential and decreasing MDA,Ginsenosides is superior to Ginsenoside Rb1.And on solving the problems of steady imbalance of Ca^2+,activating SOD activity and gaining glucose content,Ginsenoside Rb1 is superior to Ginsenosides.
