Grey Relational Analysis on the Achievements Factors of the World Excellent Female Shot Putter

运用文献资料法、灰色关联分析法,对10名世界优秀女子铅球运动员的11项身体素质指标与其铅球运动成绩进行了灰色关联分析。得出了影响世界优秀女子铅球运动员成绩的主要因素,并对优秀女子铅球运动员的身体素质训练提出相应的建议,旨在进一步提高其科学化训练水平,缩短与世界优秀女子铅球运动员的差距。

Using the methods of literatures,grey relational analysis,the essay analyses the eleven physical qualities of the ten world＇s elite female shot put athletes,the study indicators the outstanding impact between physical indicators and achievements of women＇s shot put athletes,and gives the corresponding proposals about physical fitness training in the shot put in order to further enhance its level of scientific training,shorten the shot put difference with the world elite female athletes of the country.
