摘要
通过文献资料法,介绍了悬吊训练的起源、发展、概念演变及其基本特征。通过分析发现悬吊训练在运动训练过程中形成了其独特的体系特征:1)训练器材简易可控;2)强调不稳定状态下的训练负荷效应;3)训练方式多样——开链、闭链;4)以局部稳定肌为其训练重点,并强调对于整体运动肌的训练,以达到整条"运动链"的有效运行;5)突出运动感觉综合训练,强调在不稳定的状态下达到对感觉运动器官的诱发;6)遵循渐进抗阻的训练原则和以闭合链运动为主的原则,达到逐步发展运动员体能素质的目的。
In this paper,describes the origins,development,concept evolution and basic characteristics of the S-E-T.It was found that S-E-T formed its unique characteristics by analyzing the course of training in sports training:1) Simple control of the training equipment;2) Stressed the instability under the effect of training load;3) Variety of training methods——open chain,closed chain;4)With local stability muscle training for its focus,and stressed the overall campaign muscle training in order to achieve the effective functioning of the whole "movement chain";5)Prominent motor-sensory comprehensive training,emphasizing in an unstable state to reach the organ of the sensory-motor-induced;6) In the principle of closed chain and follow the principle of progressive resistance training,to achieve the progressive development of athlete's physical quality.
