摘要
全民健身运动不同于竞技体育,它的目的是为了促进个体的身心健康。因此,全民健身运动项目开发除了要遵循一般体育健身原理和方法,包括传统体育养生理论外,更重要的是转变传统体育观念,针对个性化的健身方案来进行运动项目的开发与创新。本文提出全民健身运动项目开发与创新的原则、路径和模式,为全民健身运动全面开展提供了思路。
The national fitness campaign is different from competitive sports,its purpose is to promote each individual's physical and mental health.Thus,universal fitness project development in addition to following the general principles and methods of physical fitness,including traditional sports health theories,is more important is to change the traditional sports concept for personalized fitness programs for sports development and innovation.In this paper,fitness sports,the principles of development and innovation,path and mode,in order to fully carry out the National Fitness Campaign provides a guideline.
