摘要 在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,论述了自由基代谢在运动对癌症发生、进展中的作用及其可能机制,认为运动通过增强清除自由基能力和适应、耐受氧化损伤能力,调节DNA和重要生命物质的修复过程而干预癌症的发生和进展,并因运动要素和组织类型而存在差异。在此基础上指出了存在的问题和今后可能的研究方向。 Based on a review of the related research both at home and abroad,this paper discusses the role and possible mechanisms of the free radical metabolism in exercise against the occurrence and prognosis of cancer,and points out that exercise interfere in carcinogenic process mainly through enhancing the abilities to scavenge free radicals,to adapt and tolerance the oxidative damage,to adjust the reparative process of DNA and other important free protoplasm.And these effects are different according to exercise element and type.At last the author points out the existing problems in this field.The possible research trends in the near future are also outlined.
