BIPAP呼吸机联合纳络酮治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰疗效观察

Observation of BiPAP ventilation and naloutong on treating COPD complicated withⅡrespiratory failure in patients

目的探讨双水平气道正压通气(BIPAP)联合纳络酮对COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰的治疗效果。方法选择50例COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,观察两组治疗前,治疗后2小时,24小时,5天患者动脉血气分析、呼吸频率、心率变化。结果实验组患者动脉血气分析、呼吸频率、心率的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BIPAP呼吸机联合纳络酮治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼衰疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of BiPAP and Naloutong on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with Ⅱ respiratory failure in patients. Methods Fifty patients with COPD with Ⅱ Respiratory failure were divided into experimental group and control group. Observing the level of arterial blood gas （ABG）measurement, the respiratory rate（RR） and the heart rate （HR） were recorded and analyzed before and after 2 hours, 24 hours, 5 days treatment with BiPAP ventilation. Results The experimental group were improved rapidly of ABG, RR, HR on the control group, the discrepancy was worthy of investigating statistically. Conclusion BiPAP ventilation and naloutony on treating patients with COPD complicated with Ⅱ respiratory failure have good effect.
