无症状肺结核抗痨治疗指征的临床研究

Clinical study of tubercle treatment on no symptom tuberculosis

目的研究无症状肺结核病人是否需要抗痨治疗。方法对我院2004年1月至2009年1月诊断无症状肺结核病人资料收集整理、分析。结论无症状肺结核病人是否需要抗痨治疗,由专科医生对病人进行全面系统评估,结合病人一般情况、详细的问病查体、PPD试验、X线检查等,对难以判定的,可以定期观察。

Objective To study asymptomatic pulmonary tuberculosis patients whether needs a tubercle treatment. Methods The data of asymptomatic patient＇s with tuberculosis of my hospital for January,2004 to January,2009 were collected and analyzed. Conclusion The specialists conduct a comprehensive systematic assessment to the tuberculosis patients whether they need anti-tuberculosis treatment, the specialists can assess the patients with the general situation, a detailed investigation body, PPD test, X-ray examination, etc. If it is difficult to determine, the specialists can regularly observe the patients.
