REFLECTION ON THE TENDENCY OF NATIONAL AESTHETIC NOTION ON IMAGIST OIL PAINTING

意象油画是指在中国的文化语境下进行的艺术创造。其在中国的出现和发展,是由中国人独特的生活体验而创作成的,它追求的是生命本体的张扬,不拘泥于具象的形体、色彩和内容,力求以中国人的体道方式为出发点,这也是中国油画本土化和民族化最主要的特征。他符合中国传统审美习惯,有利于表现中国油画特有的个性特征和民族特色,从而有利于充分展现中华民族深厚的文化魅力,彰显民族特色。

Imagist oil painting is the artistic creation under Chinese culture background. The appearance and development of imagist oil paintings in China come from the unique experience of Chinese people＇ pursuit of life. Starting from Chinese people＇ experience of Taoism, imagist painting breaks the restriction of concrete shapes, colors and content. Those are the most important characteristics of nationalization and localization of Chinese painting. Imagist painting agrees with the traditional Chinese aesthetic standards and favors the performance of personality and national characteristics in Chinese oil painting. Therefore, it is beneficial to the presentation of profound Chinese culture.
