高职院校学生校外实习管理存在的问题及对策

Discussion on the Dilemma of Management of Off-Campus Practice of Higher Vocational College Students and the Countermeasures

校外实习是高职院校学生基于职业的、真实的、岗位的、参与工作过程的实践活动,对提高学生学习的有效性,全面发展学生的综合职业能力具有重要的意义。目前有些高职院校对学生校外实习的管理存在着疏漏,主要表现在疏忽对学生实习的管理以及忽视对校外学生的管理,使得学生校外实习的管理中存在诸多问题。要解决高职院校学生校外实习管理存在的系列问题,需做实"四化管理",即:深化实习管理机制、强化实习基地建设、优化实习导师结构、细化实习管理办法。

The off-eampus practice of college students is a practical activity based on authentic, job purposed working process. This will improve the effectiveness of students＇ learning and has a great significance in students＇ comprehensive vocational ability. Yet, at present, there are some problems existed in the management. On one hand, the schools neglect the management at students＇ practice; on the other hand, the schools neglect the off-campus students in management. The schools need to enhance ＂the four modernizations of managements＂, namely： deepening the practice management system, strengthening the practice base, optimizing the structure of instructors, and detailing practical management approaches.
