On Administrative Corruption and Its Preventive Measures

行政腐败已经成为影响社会安定的不容忽视的因素。为了防止腐败的出现,保证国家公职人员的廉洁自律,各国政府都在竭力寻找一种有效的防止贪污腐化的方法。法治国家在廉政管理上都有着共同的特点,那就是:有着良好、完善的廉政法律、法规,并建立一套完备的执行和监督廉政法律实施的国家廉政机构。本文拟就行政腐败的来源及其带来的消极后果分析防止行政腐败的措施和方法。

Administrative corruption has become a problem which cannot be ignored, as it influences social stability. To prevent the corruption and ensure the honesty and self-discipline of public officers, every country is doing its utmost to seek for an effective way to prevent corruption and degeneration. There exists a common characteristic for countries ruled by law in management of clean governments, that is, they have made excellent laws and rules concerning clean governments and have established a set of national integrity institutions to enforce and supervise implementing the laws for clean governments. The thesis analyzes the measures and ways to prevent administrative corruption through the origins of administrative corrup- tion and the negative effects it results in.
