解放军总医院第一附属医院2007-2009年抗菌药物应用趋势

Trends in utilization of antibacterials in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital during 2007-2009

目的:分析解放军总医院第一附属医院抗菌药物的应用现状和发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集本院2007-2009年抗菌药物出库数据,对各药品的消费金额进行排序,并对用药频度和限定日费用进行分析。结果:本院3年的抗菌药物应用率均<15%,并呈现下降趋势。β-内酰胺类抗生素占主导地位,3年间阿奇霉素片的用药频度最高,2009年注射用氟氯西林消费金额最高。结论:本院抗菌药物临床应用基本合理,但需进一步规范抗菌药物的选择和使用。

Objective：To explore the current situation and trends in utilization of antibacterials in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chinese PLA General Hospital. Methods：The medicine stores data of antibacterials in this hospital during 2007--2009 were collected. The antibacterials were arranged according to their consumption sum. The DDDs and DDDc were analyzed. Results：The utilization rates of antibacterials during the three years were all less than 15% with a decreasing trend. 13-1actam antibiotics held a dominant position. The DDDs of azithromyein tablets was the highest in the three years and the consumption sum of flucloxacillin injection was the highest in 2009. Conclusion： The utilization of antibacterials in this hospital is generally rational, while the selection and application of antibacterials need to be further standardized.
