1709株临床分离菌的药敏及耐药状况分析

摘要 目的:了解广西医科大学第四附属医院2008年临床分离菌对常用抗菌药物的药敏及耐药状况。方法:采用美国德灵Autoscan4自动细菌鉴定/药敏分析系统对细菌做鉴定和药敏分析。结果:2008年共分离1709株细菌,G-杆菌1391株,占81.39%,其中大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和铜绿假单胞菌分别占38.53%、26.74%和19.05%。G+球菌318株,占18.61%,其中葡萄球菌和肠球菌分别占50.31%和49.69%。大肠杆菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶比例达61.19%,对大多数被测药物耐药率>50%;G-杆菌对亚胺培南的耐药率<10%;耐苯唑西林金黄色葡萄球菌占葡萄球菌的33.59%,对万古霉素耐药率为0%。结论:细菌谱及药敏监测资料对临床合理选用抗菌药有参考价值。 Objective:To investigate drug sensitivity and drug resistance of the clinically isolated bacteria to the routine antibacterials in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.Methods:Identification and analysis of drug sensitivity of bacteria were implemented with American Autoscan4 automatic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity analytical system.Results:A total of 1709 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated in 2008.Gram negative bacteria were 1391 strains(81.39%),including Escherichia coli(38.53%),Klebsiella pneumoniae(26.74%) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(19.05%),respectively.Gram positive coccis were 318 strains(18.61%),including Staphylococci(50.31%) and Enterococci(49.69%),respectively.The percentage of Escherichia coli producing extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) was 61.19%,and more than 50% of them showed drug resistance to most of the tested antibacterials.The drug resistance rate of G-bacilli to imipenem was less than 10%.Oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcis aureus(ORSA) accounted for 33.59% of Staphylococci,while 0% resistance rate to vancomycin.Conclusion:It is valuable to monitor the bacterial spectrum and drug resistance for rational use of antibacterials.
