氢氯噻嗪致老年病人低钠血症3例并文献复习

Analyzing the causes of three elderly patients with hyponatremia induced by hydrochlorothiazide and reviewing the literature on the subject

目的:探讨老年病人使用氢氯噻嗪发生低钠血症的原因。方法:通过病例分析及复习文献。结果:老年病人使用氢氯噻嗪发生低钠血症与疗程、剂量、年龄、性别,个体易感性等因素相关。结论:老年病人使用氢氯噻嗪易发生低钠血症,需要小剂量使用,并需要定期检测血电解质含量。

Objective： To analyze the causes of 3 elderly patients with hyponatremia induced by hydrochlorothiazide.Methods： Three cases were investigated and the literature on the subject was consulted.Results： The causes of hyponatremia induced by hydrochlorothiazide were the course of therapy,dosage,age,sex and individual susceptibility,etc.Conclusion： Hyponatremia is apt to occur in the elderly patients when they use hydrochlorothiazide.In the clinical practice,hydrochlorothiazide should be used with low dose and blood electrolytes contents should be determined regularly.
