蛋白质药物涂层心脏支架的研究进展

摘要 本文综述了近年来蛋白质药物,包括血管内皮生长因子、内皮祖细胞抗体、血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa单克隆抗体和活性蛋白C涂层心脏支架的研究进展,总结了其优点、缺点和存在的问题,最终认为目前蛋白质药物涂层心脏支架仍然不能用于临床。 Advances in research on protein drug-eluting stents including vascular endothelial growth factor,endothelial progenitor cell antibody,platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb/Ⅲa monoclonal antibody and activated protein C are reviewed in this paper.The advantages,disadvantages and existing problems of protein drug-eluting stents are summaried.In conclusion,these stents can not be used in clinic at present.
