摘要
选择苏州渔阳山保存较为良好典型的太湖湖滨带作为试验地,并根据距离水体的远近,将湖滨带从近水体到高岗地分别设置4个实验区。在2007年11月到2008年10期间对试验地土壤呼吸速率以及影响土壤呼吸变化的土壤生物与非生物因子进行测定(包括土壤理化性质,土壤微生物量等)。结果表明:季节性淹水区土壤呼吸速率显著高于其它实验区;4个不同实验区土壤呼吸速率具有明显的季节变化,秋季>夏季>春季>冬季。土壤呼吸的时空变化只与土壤温度呈显著的相关性,证明在影响土壤呼吸的土壤因子中,土壤温度是调控其在季节变化过程中不同水分梯度上变化的主导因子。
Along a soil moisture gradient in a riparian area and using random block experimental design, the soil respiration rate, and its regulating abiotic and biotic factors(properties of soil, soil microbial biomass, etc) in Taihu riparian zone were investigated from November 2007 to October2008. The results showed that the soil respiration rate in the seasonally flooded zone was significantly higher than the other three experimental zones; soil respiration rate had a significant seasonal fluctuation in four experimental zones, showing autunm〉summer〉spring〉winnter. The temporal and spatial variation of soil respiration linearly correlated with soil temperature. Our findings suggested that among the main soil factors affecting soil respiration, soil temperature was the controlling factor on the four experimental zones along a moisture gradient of soil respiration in different seasons.
