主楼与裙房基础的协调设计

Co-design of the Main Building and Annex Foundation

当今许多高层建筑物中,由于功能和造型的需要,往往把高层主楼与低层裙房连在一起.从结构要求上看,希望将二者脱离开以保证各自的结构体系,这就需要设变形缝.但是从建筑要求来看又不希望设变形缝,因为设变形缝会出现双梁、双柱、双墙,不经济并且限制了使用上的功能.如何协调这两方面的要求,笔者通过一个具体工程的设计展开,阐述了几种设计方法和需要注意的问题.

Nowadays many high-rise buildings,because of the need for function and form,often high-rise main building and the lower annex together,from the structural requirements,the two structures to assure respective from the structure are opened,which need to set up deformation joints.But from the architectural requirements and do not want to set deformation joints,they will be appeared double-beam,double-column and double-wall at joints,done not the econoing and limit the use of function.How to reconcile those two requirements,based on an actual project,expounds thedesign methods and design of some problems needing attention in this paper.
