Conservation and Reuse of Industrial Heritage

在经济全球化的竞争中,城市不断丧失一些旧有的功能,并且寻找新的来替代以完成城市的更新.客观上讲,城市产业结构和产业布局的调整,以及传统工业区中的建筑、环境、基础设施条件相对滞后与老化而出现的功能性的衰退,都在一定程度上反映了城市发展的转型不可抗拒性.笔者从产业遗产的分析评估与更新着手,探讨产业遗存更新的可行性、相关理论和实践方法.

Under the competition of economic globalization,cities lose some old functions continuously and search for new ones,in order to complete the city’s updates.Objectively speaking,adjustments of urban industrial structures and layouts,as well as function declining for industrial architectures of traditional areas,environments,infrastructures lagging behind and aging,to some extent reflect that the transformation of urban development is irresistible.In this paper,I start from analytical assessments and updates of industrial heritages to explore the feasibility,relevant theories and practices of industrial heritages’updates.
