摘要
随着社会的发展,现代生物快速检测技术克服传统的检测方法费时、操作复杂的不足,已成为国内外学者的研究热点.笔者详实地综述和分析了聚合酶链式反应原理及其在饮用水中致病性微生物的检测方面的应用,指出聚合酶链式反应为核心技术的快速检测技术良好的应用前景.水样中致病性微生物的快速检测技术逐渐向操作简单、快速、敏感、低成本方向发展.此项技术创立以来,以特异性强、灵敏度高、操作简便、快速等为特点,迅速应用到生物学科的各个领域,为广泛应用于水样微生物检测等诸多环境科学领域提供了强有力的技术支撑,为环境科学发展开辟出更为广阔的发展前景.
With development of the society,modern biological detection technologies have become one of the highlights promoting the research work all over the world in the field,for overcoming disadvantages of traditional methods for monitoring microbe in drink water.Because,traditional methods for monitoring microbe have some disadvantages,such as time consuming,intricate procedures and so on.This paper aims to introduce the authors’ analysis and summarization of the research advances,as well as principles,method and applications of PCR(Polymer Chain Reaction,PCR),which is characterized by being rapid,sensitive,accurate and easy-to-use in monitoring of aquatic microbe,focusing on its use in detection of microbe in drinking water.This paper also indicates that PCR detection technology should be turned into a better technology with easier operation and simpler procedure,with higher sensitivity but lower cost.The paper’s analysis and summary shows that PCR detection technology of microbe,as a core of modern biological detection technology is promising with brilliant application prospect.
