摘要
UV喷墨油墨对分散性要求很高,而研磨条件对油墨的分散性有很大的影响。为了获得分散性良好的UV喷墨油墨,在固定油墨配方的条件下,通过改变研磨时研磨珠的大小、以及将不同大小的研磨珠以一定比例混合研磨油墨,测试不同研磨时间获得的油墨粒径大小分布,从而考察研磨珠的大小以及研磨时间对油墨分散性的影响。实验结果表明:研磨珠越小,研磨效果越好,直径为1.0-1.2mm的研磨珠研磨得到的油墨,95%的粒径在0.972μm以下;只有在最佳研磨时间下才能获得分散性良好的油墨,且不同大小研磨珠的最佳研磨时间不同,直径为2.0-2.2mm、1.6-1.8mm、1.0-1.2mm的研磨珠对应的最佳研磨时间分别为105m in、105m in、90m in;中小珠混合比为1∶1研磨得到的油墨的分散性最好,油墨90%的粒径在0.656μm以下。
It is very demanding of the require of UV inkjet ink dispersion,and the impact of grinding conditions is very great.With the aim to gain UV inkjet ink with perfect performance,as well as in order to test the diameter size distribution of the ink at different grinding time and study on the impact of grinding conditions and time on ink dispersion,we changed the grinding beads size and blended grinding beads in a certain proportion.The result we obtained demonstrate that: the smaller of the grinding beads,the better of the grinding effect.With the beads diameter 1.0~1.2mm,only at the optimum grinding time,we can obtain the best performance ink with 95% of particles diameter less than 0.972μm;the optimum grinding time is different between different grinding beads,such as the best grinding time of 2.0~2.2mm,1.6~1.8mm,1.0~1.2mm respectively are 105min,105min,90min;when we blend the small grinding beads with the ratio of 1∶1,we can gain the best ink with 90% of particles diameter less than 0.656μm.
