Development of On-line Monitoring System of Fault of Scraper Conveyor's Chain

阐述了刮板输送机刮板链故障的检测原理,提出了一种刮板输送机刮板链故障在线监测系统的设计方案,给出了系统的结构,重点介绍了系统二次仪表的设计和地面监测软件的开发。该在线监测系统可对现场刮板链的断链、断刮板、堵转、跳链等故障进行实时监测,并可将监测结果及时上传至地面调度室,保障了生产的安全。

The principle of fault detecting for scraper conveyor＇s chain was described,and a design scheme of on-line monitoring system of fault of scraper conveyor＇s chain was also proposed.The composition of the online monitoring system was given and the design of secondary instrument and development of control software of ground were introduced in details.The on-line monitoring system can real-timely monitor faults of scroper conveyor＇s chain such as chain broken,scraper broken, rotor locked,chain jumping,and transmit the monitored information to monitor station,so as to ensure the safety of production.
