综合干预对免费服药精神分裂患者疗效的影响研究

The study of the synthetic intervention way to the schizophrenic that accepting free distributing drug

目的:评估综合干预方法对接受免费服药的精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法:选取500例贫困精神分裂症患者,随机分为两组,每组各250人,干预组的患者每月由专业医生随访发药并实施综合干预措施,对照组的患者每月在社区集中取药。观察1年,分析两组患者临床疗效、社会功能、幸福感指数、监护率、复发率、再住院次数及肇事肇祸情况。结果:干预组患者在疾病疗效、社会功能、幸福感指数上显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在年均复发次数、年均住院次数、肇事肇祸次数上均呈下降趋势,具有统计学意义。结论:综合干预方法能提高免费服药的精神分裂症患者的疗效和幸福感,能减少复发,改善患者的社会功能。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of free distributing drug in synthetic intervention way to the schizophrenics. Methods：Selected 500 poor schizophrenics by district and randomly divided them into two groups, each team has 250 patients. The patients in intervention group got drug from professional doctors and treated by them monthly. The patients in non - intervention group got drug from Community Health Center quarterly. After distributed free drug for one year, all patients in two groups were evaluated with the CGI evaluation, Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS）, General Well - Being Schedule （GWB） and then they were assessed Guardianship rate, relapse rate, re - hospitalization rate and trouble - making rate. Results： Compared with patients in non - intervention group, the treating effectiveness, social function and General Well -Being Index were significantly superior in intervention group at the end of study （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the relapse rate, re - hospitalization rate and trouble - making times appears a declined trend in intervention group during 1 year. Conclusions： Free distributing drug in synthetic intervention way can reduce relapse rate and improve the schizophrenics＇compliance, feeling of happiness and social function.
