老年患者胆道手术围术期舒适护理的应用

The Application of Comfort Care during the Perioperativejian of Elderly Patients with Biliary Surgery

目的:通过舒适护理来提高老年患者对胆道手术围术期护理工作的满意度。方法:对67例老年胆道手术患者进行随机分组,33例对照组实施传统整体护理,34例试验组在实施传统整体护理的同时采用了舒适护理模式进行护理。结果:试验组患者住院时间与对照组比较明显减少,对照组患者满意度低于试验组,两组比较有统计学意义。结论:运用舒适护理干预的患者其对护理的满意度增加,住院日降低,对术后的康复有明显的促进作用。

Objective：To improve the elderly patients＇satisfaction at nursing job during the perioperativejian of elderly patients with biliary surgery by comfort care. Methods：To group 67 eases of elderly patients with biliary surgery randomly; 33 cases of them use routinely care are comparison group; other 34 cases are test group use both of routinely care and comfort care. Results： Compare the comparison group and test group, the hospitalization term of test group less than comparison group obviously; the satisfaction of comparison group lower than test group. There is statistically difference between the two groups. Conclusions： Comfort care can improve treatment compliance of patient, shorten hospital stay of patient, improve patient satisfaction and promote patient healing after surgery obviously.
