本文对矩阵特征值估计和定位问题的两个重要结论Gerschgorin圆盘定理和Ostrowski圆盘定理进行深入研究，并给出便于应用的定理1、定理2和定理3。

In this paper, we studied two important conclusions on the estimation and lo cation problens of matrix eigenvalue-Gerschgorin circular disc theorem and Ostrowski Cir cular disc theorem. Theorem 1, 2 and 3, were glven for application.
