基于当代高校教育现状谈教师的教学工作

随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,各高校不断扩大招生规模,高校间频频合并,因此出现了各高校学生数量多而高校教育资源相对缺乏的矛盾;结合高校目前的教育状况进行分析,并结合多年的教学实践,探索了如何更好的开展教学工作,相信对有志投身于高校教育的一线教师的教育教学观念能够有所启示。

With the constant deepening of higher education reformation in China,colleges and universities frequently merge,so the contradiction between the numerous quantity of students and the relative lack of educational resources appeared.This paper analyzes the the present education status of universities,with years of teaching practice,and explores how to carry out the teaching better.The author believes what has proposed in this paper will provide the inspiration to establish a correct concept of education and teaching for those who are interested in joining in the higher education.
